This study was conducted to present a conceptual model of organizational entrepreneurship in the IMAM KHOMEINI RELIEF FOUNDATION. To achieve this goal the qualitative approach of grounded theory methodology, the paradigm model (regular or systematic design), was employed. In this regard, eighteen university professors, managers and experts in IMAM KHOMEINI RELIEF FOUNDATION were purposefully selected as the statistical sample for semi-structured interviews. The manuscripts of the interviews were analyzed in three stages of open, axial, and selective coding. In the present study, Lincoln and Guba reliability criteria were used for validation examination. Therefore, the researcher categorized 186 concepts and 15 sub-categories using the paradigm model of Strauss and Corbin. These six factors were categorized in the common form of Grounded Theory model includes causal conditions-entrepreneurial leadership, human resource capabilities, new social needs-, contextual conditions-culture and values of the organization, mission of the organization, and organizational structure-, axial innovation, smart risk-taking-, strategy-strategic modernization, empowerment policies and entrepreneurial talent management-, intervening conditions-economic/social environment-, consequences-human capital excellence, Improving organizational performance, and social value-creation.
